Solution to prevent the formula from being turned into a picture when docx turns to Doc

The editor replies to documents that require DOC (word 97-2003) format, but when you save docx (Word 2007+) as a doc format, the formula is turned into a picture. In fact, the simplest way is to make a phone call to the editor: "Grandpa, would you please use a higher version of Word line?" "But I wouldn't do that." It may be easier to look at the data, find out why, and find a workable solution for yourself.

Cause: Doc (Word 97-2003) uses the formula 3.0;docx (Word 2007+) to use MathType by default, and of course, Formula 3.0 is also supported. If you edit a formula directly using Insert-object-Equation 3.0 in a docx document, you can solve the problem of compatibility when converting down.

Question: What if you have edited many formulas with MathType in your document? Never be silly to do it again. To find a workaround, you can convert the MathType format to equation 3.0 format and need to install tools MathType and Grindeq.

3rd Step: Save as "MS equation 3.x/2007/2010-rtf[grindeq] (*.rtf)" format

Note that both tools are not free, MathType can be used for free for 30 days, GRINDEQ can only convert 10 documents. I decided to use Formula 3.0 as much as possible in the future.
