Sourcesafe has been around recently. It's like a ghost scene.
When you select to add a solution to sourcesafe, the normal step is to first determine the root directory, and then determine that the Web and WebService projects are applied in the enterprise template.ProgramIn the left-side navigation pane.

1. Establish a correct project structure. You can determine the location of the root directory.
