Solution to the problem that the project structure cannot be modified during sourcesafe Import
Sourcesafe has been around recently. It's like a ghost scene.
When you select to add a solution to sourcesafe, the normal step is to first determine the root directory, and then determine that the Web and WebService projects are applied in the enterprise template.ProgramIn the left-side navigation pane.
Now there is a problem: After you confirm the root directory step, you do not prompt to determine the web and WebService links, directly add the entire enterprise template application project to sourcesafe, the following figure shows the unreasonable structure.
Solution:
1. Establish a correct project structure. Select the enterprise template application in the solution browser (note that the solution is not selected), and then select the file -->Source codeManage --> Add the selected project to sourcesafe. You can determine the location of the root directory. Then, select each project in the solution, and then select the file --> SourceCodeManage --> Add the selected project to sourcesafe, so that you can determine the structure of each project in the root directory separately, and you can get a project structure you want to see, as shown in.
at this time, if you use a version in sourcesafe, an error occurs, prompting that the sub-project does not contain a solution.
2. solution to the above error. The cause of the above problem is that you should generate a solution for the original file, and then click File> source code management> Add solution to sourcesafe, the missing solution is added to sourcesafe. If you get a new version, there is no problem.
