Dial-in page error-failed to load this user's dial-in attribute, cause: wks service is not started, so we may set to manually start Workstation when starting the system, so we only need to go to service management and start Workstation, so that we can set automatic startup.

Solution

My computer-right-click-manage-services and applications-services

 

1. The user attribute menu is missing because the "server" service is not started and the service is started to solve the fault.
2. If an error occurs during the "dial-in" option, start the "workstation" service to resolve the fault. Start.
