1. DHCP is also enabled, and the network connected to the LAN port of the wireless router can access the Internet normally. Why?

Solution: some low-end wireless routers, especially family-level wireless routers, occasionally encounter such problems. Wireless terminals (such as laptops) can access the Internet through a router LAN interface, indicating that the network and the wireless router are normal. This is because our Chinese people are used to setting the wireless SSID to Chinese. Some low-end routers cannot recognize Chinese characters. After you enter the Wi-Fi password on the wireless terminal, the connection is displayed, but you cannot access the Internet. The solution is simple. You can set the wireless SSID to Arabic letters and then restart the router to connect again.

2. Wireless terminals (mobile phones, laptops, tablets, etc.) can search for WiFi, but some wireless terminals cannot be connected. Other Wireless terminals can access the Internet and check that the Wi-Fi password is correct. Why?

Solution: Go to the wireless router> "Wireless Settings" and find "advanced options" (some wireless routers are in "Advanced Settings") to see if the "WMM" is disabled? If it is disabled, enable it and restart the wireless router. If you still cannot access the Internet, set the mode to 11bgn mixed in the wireless settings, reset the wireless router configuration, and restart the system. Disabling WMM can improve the speed of wireless network access, but some terminals do not support it.

3. You can connect to the Internet through a wireless terminal. However, after several days or a period of time, the connection is frequently dropped. Check that there is no interference from a strong magnetic field such as a microwave oven near the wireless router, and log on to the vro management to view the connection, but cannot log on. If the power of the wireless router is disconnected and the power is powered on again, you can access the Internet again. However, this problem occurs again in a short time. Why?

Solution: this problem is caused by the following two factors:

① If a wireless router is in a high or low temperature environment for a long time, the wireless router cannot work normally. Check the wireless router manual and try to make the wireless router work within the environmental temperature range specified in the Manual.

② The number of terminals connected to the same wireless router is large, and the internal configuration cannot process a large amount of network data frequently (such as downloading large-capacity data with thunder ). Because a wireless router has its own CPU and memory like a computer, different wireless routers have different internal configurations and functions. Of course, the price is different. You cannot compare enterprise-level wireless routers with home-level routers. If you can go to the wireless router Management page, how many terminals does the wireless access host have? Try to control the number of connected terminals (such as MAC address filtering) or increase the pressure on the wireless router. If you do not want to control the number of terminals, try to change the wireless router mode to 11g only, and then restart the wireless router. This can reduce the chance of frequent disconnection, however, there is also an annoyance that wireless Internet users obviously feel that the network is slowing down. Someone may ask: Why can't I change to 11B only or 11N only? 11B only is the earliest wireless mode, and the Internet access speed is slower than 11g only. Generally, No one chooses this mode, the 11N only mode is more advanced than the 11g only mode, and the Internet access speed is faster. However, as the number of wireless terminals increases, some new terminals cannot access the Internet, in addition, the wireless router is also in a false state at this time, and users cannot log on to the management interface. In short, if you want to ensure the stability of the wireless router, do not drop the line, please make a choice on the wireless mode (affecting the speed of the Internet) and the number of access terminals. Other Wireless modes, such as those with mixed, should not be selected. The chances of disconnection will be higher.
