1. Uninstall the current version of pptv, and then install the latest version of pptv. Can you solve this problem?

 

2. In the computer task manager, we only need to disable all PPTV processes.

 

 

3. Because pptv is started, we can remove it from the system startup item, enter the Msconfig command in the Start menu, call out the startup item, and cancel all the related PPTV. It takes effect after you restart your computer. Then you can uninstall it and reinstall it.

 

 

4. An error in PPTV is related to the PPTV server. This check is officially announced.

5. Check whether our computer network is faulty.
