Win2003 System has a DOS command to implement date-time update synchronization: W32tm/resync

So, then we set a scheduled task, timed to let it execute on it.

In the C-packing directory to create a Time.bat file, the contents of the file is W32tm/resync.

Then, add a new scheduled task in Control Panel, and set up a regular execution of the batch file to resolve it.
