I came to work today and found that after I opened the word, I clicked the mouse and the cursor did not move. I also clicked the title in the document structure diagram to have any reaction.
The same problem was found during online searching. In retrospect, the powerdesigner on the machine was opened last Friday. So I processed it according to the steps on the Internet. It is indeed good:
Cause:
Powerdesigner installs the COM add-on that interacts with word. This add-on affects the normal use of word.
Solution:
Delete the registry key of the COM add-on and restart word.
Procedure:
In the registry, find the following item -- [HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Office \ word \ addins \ wordtorqm12.connect] And then restart the word.
IfUse againPowerdesigner12.5 will cause this problem again. The solution is:
Create a reg file by yourself. Find this option, right-click, and select export to set the path and file name of the reg file. Open the reg file in notepad, add "-" to the name, and save the file.
After using powerdesigner, double-click the Registry file and import it to the Registry.
