Solved the error that httpmodules failed to load type xxx from assembly xx.

Attribute description
Name is a memorable name provided by the module. This allows you to associate an event with a module event in the global. asax file.Program.
Type specifies a comma-separated class/assembly combination consisting of version, assembly, and public key tag. ASP. NET first searches for the Assembly DLL in the dedicated \ bin directory of the application, and then searches for the Assembly DLL in the system assembly cache.

The first name can be written at will.
The second one should be noted. The first class should write the fully qualified class name, and the subsequent Assembly should write the Assembly name, without the need to add the DLL
