Comments:

Http://ttdev.com/ss is namespace, and there is no special meaning, only the global only.
namespace is not used for endpoint, endpoint is a location that exists, and namespace is a unique ID.
You can move the WebService position arbitrarily, change the server, that is, change the endpoint, but the namespace of the method (operation) can not be changed.

Where are the differences? The biggest difference is that RPC cannot be verified by schema, and the document type is possible. So document type WebService become mainstream.
The WS-I (Web Services Interoperability Organization) Organization stipulates that only document type Web services are used.
