Some Ideas about the machine vision detection project (1)

I have been engaged in this industry for more than three years. I have been a project manager for two years. During this period, I was tired, but I also had some insights.

In non-software enterprises, especially in industries where the main business is Iron manufacturing, the difficulties faced by such projects are always unimaginable. With the development of technology, the recent situation has improved. But this is also a long process.

In state-owned enterprises, the support of leaders is the key to project implementation. In the early stage, it was very important to persuade the leaders, demonstrate the results, and reference a series of data to win the attention of the leaders. In this process, from our leadership to me, it took nearly five years. Therefore, I felt very tired. I always had to repeat the same topic every time I had a meeting, and I was almost numb when I spoke about it.

Fortunately, recently, things have been greatly improved. After two sets of Machine Vision surface quality detection systems were developed and successfully applied, the leaders' eyes finally came to this point, and affirmed such projects.
