This project from understanding requirements, modeling, development, testing, modification requirements, on-line testing is done by me alone, below I talk about some of their own ideas, and traditional enterprise informatization of a process.

On September 1 The project manager gave me a rotten tail project and hoped that I could finish it as soon as possible. Because the previous user has been to the project that the process is complex, difficult to operate, can not meet the actual use of the company, so did not achieve specific functions for several months. I took the end of the project, studied for two days, found a few problems, the first technical selection of a little problem, not in line with the goal of rapid development, through the use of stored procedures in the database to perform additions and deletions to change the function, even a sqlhelper, no doubt for small and medium-sized projects to increase the complexity of the work, Look at the name of the stored procedure for half a day, not to mention the development efficiency, perhaps a table to add a field, do not know how to modify several stored procedures. Then no permission classification, everyone can enter the system to see all the pages of the system, which is certainly not good for enterprises, not in line with management needs, especially for some trade secrets, such as wages, orders, customer information and other content, it is easy to vent. After analysis, I decided to re-develop the project, because I think this redevelopment will be faster, and then I put the rotten tail of the project to the side to get rid of the need to finish.

1. According to the characteristics of this enterprise, as well as the commonality of other enterprises, I set up several modules, then subdivide several small modules according to each module, then the approximate contents of each small module, and then the development of modules by module.

2. Choose a development framework to make development easier. For the framework of choice, I try to choose easy-to-use, packaging moderate, easy to change the framework, so it is easy to make changes at any time convenient. Because of the large amount of data and more queries, I chose the technical selection of ASP. Mvc+easyui+ado.net+sea.js, which is convenient for debugging and post-editing requirements.

3. From the customer's point of view to think about the problem, how to use it relatively simple, how to meet their requirements, we are more simple development. So that the operators of traditional enterprises should be as simple as possible, the process is simple. Encounter problems to communicate with customers in a timely manner, reduce the situation of waste time. Do not be afraid of annoying, do not always blame customers demand more, in fact, you think, sometimes is not the reason for customers, but the function is not a good reason for operation. For example, the customer said, if I had an order entered before, I continue to input is very troublesome, and then I gave the customer a copy of the function

The customer said I had to export the data to be able to print the function, I directly put the data on the page, directly after the printing.

4. The project began on September 1, as soon as October 1, my first edition has come out, when the organization convened a meeting to see if the first edition meets their requirements, they generally agree with the software, but also made some comments and suggestions, then I have to change the requirements, to October 16 project officially launched, They started the trial run phase, of course, also encountered a lot of problems in the use of, that is, by telephone or in person to communicate, we made some comments, through the continuous rapid iteration, constantly changing the requirements, of course, are the changes in the small places, this time more to the back of the problem, their problems I am also dedicated to modify, Also make them more satisfied. By the end of November 4 they began to use the system formally. Use also encountered some problems, such as how the report needs to be generated, how to statistics order data, statistical piecework, permission settings, personnel settings, System performance optimization and so on to make the corresponding changes, so that the system to run efficiently, to November 20, the completion of the project acceptance, everyone is happy, from the use of the effect of view, is still very good, they do not like the previous, keep looking for Excel tables, constantly statistics, and constantly submit reports to the leadership, now well, the leadership of the finger can know the operation of the company, to the later management, decision-making and development played an auxiliary role.

From this project, on the one hand I think the traditional enterprise informatization is not difficult, as long as the software to do good, easy to use, can bring direct or indirect benefits for the enterprise, can bring convenience for the company management, can be very good to go on. On the other hand, the project from the beginning to do now, I have always focused on user experience, the customer needs analysis, and the technical way to achieve, the customer's things as their own things, not only to upgrade their technical level, but also improve my understanding of the industry and the experience with people. This project is not perfect, next I am ready to do a graphical way to visualize the data, as well as data mining, to achieve potential customer discovery, service level improvement, performance evaluation and other functions for the management level to a new stage.
