-The job is only for a temporary salary increase. What determines the value of a job is at least as important as pay, and what you can learn in a company. -It takes only a short time to work in a place. People with experience know that it is difficult for a new employee to be fully accepted by a new company at the beginning. It is difficult to make a score without two or three years. -A conflict with the boss. Naturally, we are most likely to make irrational decisions. In fact, conflict is an opportunity, not the end of the world. The key is how you respond to conflicts. If you have conflicts with your boss every day and you cannot change anything, consider changing your job and boss. However, I would like to remind you that new superiors may not be better. (If a person has changed several superiors, the problem may be caused by himself ).

Even if the future direction of social development is the increasing importance of individuals, even in the IT and consulting industries with a very high turnover rate, I still believe that a group of people with fate will come together for a long time, it is beautiful to do things that cannot be done permanently by relying on personal strength. This is actually the value of a company, or the value of a person. If you change jobs, you can find such a group of like-minded people, so that you can enrich yourself better. If not, be careful.
