The upper abdominal muscles feel tight, and even the two abdominal muscles can be seen vaguely when the force is applied (much better than the original one !!), The lower abdomen is as fat as ever, and the hand can squeeze out a thick layer of fat, it seems that the lower abdomen is really difficult to practice!
