I am not satisfied with the fact that I have hardly seen any changes in abdominal fat, and my chest muscles have not changed significantly. As the abdominal muscles become tight, my stomach may become smaller on the surface, the waist of the whole body is in a concave state, but you cannot see the contour of the abdominal muscles!
Back muscles have almost no changes because my exercise plan involves very few.
