Buntu's dominant software is a little different from Windows's, so today I tried wine. I installed a maging app, but it was not easy to find.
So, uninstall it. First, unmount linggs and then unmount wine.
When you can open the "application" menu, there is also a wine menu, and there is also the lingers icon on the "other" submenu.
1. Enter:
Sudo apt-Get remove -- purge wine
You can uninstall wine.
2. Then enter:
Rm-R ~ /. Wine
3. Uninstall unused software packages. Enter:
Sudo apt-Get autoremove
To completely delete wine.
However, after we use wine to uninstall some Windows programs, some icons may remain in the "application"-"Others" menu, we can clear it completely in the following ways:
1. First ~ /. Local/share/applications/and ~ /. Local/share/applications/wine/programs/delete related files or directories.
2. Then delete ~ /. Config/menus/applications-merged.
After crawling online for a long time, I tried several methods to solve the problem.
(1) Delete the corresponding files in the. config/menus directory.
(2) Delete related files in the. config/menus/applications-merged directory.
(3) Open the. config/menus/applications. menu file and delete wine-related content in the file.
(4) Delete the following three files:
/Usr/share/APP-install/desktop/wine. Desktop
/Usr/share/APP-install/desktop/wineconfig. Desktop
/Usr/share/APP-install/desktop/winefish. Desktop
(5) Delete the content related to wine and wine in the following three directories:
~ /. Local/share/Applications
~ /. Local/share/desktop-Directories
~ /. Local/share/icons
After the above five steps, lingers and wine finally disappeared.
