Service registration:

In the service governance framework, a registry is typically built, and each service unit registers its own services with the registry, informing the registry of additional information such as host and port numbers, version numbers, communication protocols, and so on.

The registry organizes the list of services by service name, and the registry also monitors the availability of services in the list in the form of heartbeat detection, removing them from the service if they are not available, and troubleshooting.
