1.RPC service is turned on.

Result: it is already open

2. Test whether the SQL statement can be executed individually.

Result: Individual SQL can execute and submit data across servers

3. Restart the SQL service

The result: Error still, failed to solve the problem.

4. Firewall blocking

Result: The firewall added the corresponding rules, the problem is still.
