Solution:
Check whether this file exists on your hard disk. If it can be copied to another partition and opened, it indicates that your C: disk is faulty. if not, it indicates that the file may have been damaged. delete the file. create this file. In the run dialog box, enter MMC, console, file, add/delete Management Unit, add, find Microsoft SQL Enterprise Manager, add, close, and OK, go back to the console, and then: console -- options -- Console mode select "user mode full access" -- Cancel all the options below, and then: console -- save as: C: /program files/Microsoft SQL Server/80/tools/binn/SQL Server enterp Rise manager.
