SQLyog Excel Data Import method

Note:Excel table can not have Chinese, but the landlord test in Chinese seems to be OK

Feature Description:

1. Import operation compared to a fool, no need to knock the code, but the function is very powerful.

2. You can import multiple data sources:ODBC data sources,xls and csv files, andaccess databases.

3. the job script can be saved as a job script and executed through the DOS command line . It is convenient for repetitive imports.

4. You can choose to import only part of the data from the source table through the SQL statement.

5. The target table can select tables that already exist, and you can customize the mapping of fields between the source and target tables.

The detailed steps for importing Excel files are listed below:

The first step

Select menu:Table→import→import External Data

Step two: Choose whether to use the old job file

Step three: Select the data source xls file

Fourth step: Select the database to import

Fifth Step: Select the Import method, copy the file data or use the Select Query statement

Sixth step: Select the target table

Seventh Step: Select the field mapping relationship for the source and destination data

Eighth step: Choose how to handle the error

Nineth Step: Select whether to run now, save as a schedule file, log data import logs

Tenth step: Check the import process for errors and warnings

The 11th step: The Chinese table name and the text paragraph to modify ( preferably modified to English name ), convenient for other data processing
