Generally, the establishment of SSH tunnel in Linux is used in the terminal to run this command,
1 |
Sudo SSH -Qtfnn-D 7070 sshuser @ sshserver |
I have been looking for an SSH management tool in ubuntu that can use the same GUI as myentunnel in windows.
I finally found this software-ssh Tunnel Manager for gnome.
The installation is also very simple. You can directly use apt-get to install it:
1 |
Sudo Apt-Get Install Gstm |
You can run applications> Internet> stststm to start ststm.
Click Add and enter the tunnel name,
After OK, enter the detailed information of the SSH server. The most important thing is the server address and user name,
Add a forwarding record in Port redirection and click Add.
Select dynamic and enter the port number 7070. You can change it to another port number as needed.
After confirming the configuration, click the start button. A dialog box is displayed. After you enter the password, the SSH tunnel is created successfully, and you can use autoproxy or proxyswitchy to configure the proxy server.
You can right-click the gstm icon in the status bar and select hide gstm to hide the gstm window.
