SSIS-The Data flow tool cannot be saved and the package cannot be saved

Create a new integration Services Project, add a Data Flow task control, and click Save to indicate that the save Data flow tool cannot be saved and the package cannot be saved.

According to the online tutorial, change the configuration file, can not find the same as the Internet need to add a password to the place, invalid. It became known that some of the fields in those configuration files were last generated.

Later, install MSXML4.0 (download link https://www.microsoft.com/zh-cn/download/details.aspx?id=19662), after installation can be saved. There is no error in the back.

MSXML4.0 is a Microsoft XML language parser used to interpret XML languages. Just as HTML text is downloaded locally, the browser checks the HTML syntax, interprets the HTML text, and then displays it. To use an XML file, you must use XML parser. But not only Microsoft, like Ibm,sun, has its own XML parser.

So the decision is my computer system problem, the lack of such a parser. Because the same steps, the same environment, my classmate's computer does not appear such a problem.
