3. Employees are not allowed to kick "Cats" in the face of unpleasant events"

Bad emotions are our improper responses to bad events in the external environment. The good and bad emotions are the result of our choice. Everything has two sides. If you only see the bad side, you will be pessimistic and negative. If you only see the good side, you will be blindly optimistic. The view that "the fire of stars can bring you back to the ground" takes into account two aspects: seeing the negative side, but the mentality must be positive.

When a manager encounters a bad thing, it is clear that the practice of excluding the bad mood will not easily pass the bad mood to its subordinates, so that the enthusiasm of the team can be stabilized.

Therefore, do not let employees go home to kick the cat when they encounter unpleasant things. May these three cats not come out of your work.
