Local user accounts are work on the local computer, and only XP system administrators can create user accounts locally. The steps for creating a local account Lichimhui on the server are as follows.
1, open the Computer Management window
Perform the start 丨 Administrative Tools 丨 Computer Management Local Users and Groups command, pop up the Computer Management window as shown in Figure 1, and then right-click Users to execute the new user command, as shown in Figure 2.

2, the loss of user information
As shown in Figure 3, in the New User dialog box, the information is lost, click the Create button to complete the creation, and then the Close button, the new user as shown in Figure 4, the options in this dialog box are explained below.

User name: Ghost XP SP3 the name used by the system to log on locally, this example uses Lchh.
Full Name: The full name of the user, this example uses Lichunhui.
Description: This example uses Netcenter for the user's explanatory text.
Password: the password that the user uses when logging in, must conform to the complex piece request, otherwise cannot establish the account.
Confirm Password: In order to prevent the password to lose people error, you need to enter again.
User must change the password at next logon: When the user is logged in, use the password assigned by the administrator, when the user is logged in, the user is forced to change the password, and the password that the user changes is only known to himself, so that it can be safely used.
User cannot change Password: Only users are allowed to use the password assigned by the administrator.
Password never Expires: password default is 42 days, more than 42 days system will prompt the user to change the password, select this indicates that the system will never prompt the user to modify the password.
Account has been disabled: Check this to indicate that no one can use this account to log in, applicable to an employee in the enterprise when leaving, to prevent others from risking the use of the account login.
