2013Year4Month11Sunday afternoonI was lucky enough to attend the mobile Internet summit in Chengdu. During this Summit, the host asked HTC's General Manager Ren weiguang about how HTC competed with Samsung and apple, it can be understood as a hardware-based, integrated software differentiated experience. Still quite resonated.
However, enterprise strategy is one thing, and execution is one thing. Recently, we are developing Bluetooth 4.0 applications. We mentioned in blequickstartkit that we can use HTC mobile phones for development, but we need to contact HTC to get the SDK. HTC's website is very polite, but after registration, there is no Bluetooth Development SDK to download, not understand how to get the relevant information.
Compared with apple and Motorola, they are very direct in this aspect and can be easily downloaded. Why are different companies so different about Bluetooth 4.0? If your company's Hardware has many differentiated applications and is good or bad for your mobile phone, I can't think of anything wrong. Therefore, I cannot understand why HTC restricts developers to obtain relevant development materials.
More help is required, and more help is required. HTC will go further, and an open culture may be more important. Here we also want to say to Google, what planes are you engaged in? Apple's stuff has been around for more than a year. When will you wait?
