Some people say that the sales commission is huge, that is to say, there is a huge profit margin in these industries. Well, Microsoft is so damn it. They sell the CD with a marginal cost of 0 to a daily price, it is a typical Chinese consumer. They only see what they do, but do not see what R & D personnel do behind them. software requires R & D personnel, training requires R & D personnel, and insurance products also require R & D personnel, health care products also require R & D personnel.

Why do every industry accuse people of low costs and high profits? If you feel the cost is low and the profit is high, you can make a fortune on your own, right!

I personally feel that in the future, if there will be giants in China's software industry, they may not necessarily appear in the so-called independent R & D enterprises. They may actually appear in the outsourcing industry.

 

What I want to talk about here is why many outsourcing Enterprises in China need the same principle as the manufacturing industry. China has the best manufacturing capability and the best manufacturing practitioners, but China does not have a market for excellent products. Those excellent products do not have a consumer market in China. They are only consumed by some white-collar workers and are not enough to support the operation of the manufacturing industry. A large number of ordinary consumers in China Value price rather than quality.

 

Under such circumstances, the cost of the manufacturing industry is huge. They need to purchase land, build factories, and import production lines. Therefore, they must have a stable market to obtain reasonable benefits, when there is no such market in China, the manufacturing industry can only be OEM for others.

 

In the same situation in the software industry, even industry personnel (strange culture: cheap products) do not pay attention to their own products. How can enterprises in the industry make money? There is no market in China. To support these talents, you can only marry others.

 

However, outsourcing enterprises have the opportunity to access the top 500 corporate culture, project management style, employee training methods, and the accumulated experience and culture of many large enterprises.

 

 

For programmers, it is actually a good thing to have different corporate cultures and Technologies experienced by outsourcing companies. Pig? Who can never change jobs? Core Technology? Technology is not provided to you by others, but you have studied it yourself.
