The so-called sense of ownership is a kind of spontaneous feeling for the project. It is generally manifested in an invisible sense of responsibility for the project, and you want to do a good job of this product from the heart, for projects, the more members with such awareness, the higher the chance of project success. I just joined this project team for a month and joined the team in a hurry after the first phase of the project, one of the important tasks is to hand over the tasks of one of the buddies who are about to leave the team in the next phase. This is a clear task, but how can we take over a short period of time, quickly getting familiar with projects and adapting to the Team's work pace is now the most important thing.

The first week mainly involves some routine tasks, configuration machines, and familiarity with project requirements. In the next week, we made some new demands, I am also familiar with the project architecture and business logic content. Of course, I am mainly responsible for the part I will take over. In the third week, I am mainly dealing with some bugs reported by tests, it mainly focuses on some small logic and style issues. Later, it was temporarily seconded to the test group to participate in the final phase of the test, mainly from the sample test and random test ......

From the current status of self-perception to work intensity, it is not bad. Although the project cycle is tight, it is still due to lack of understanding and participation in the system, I cannot invest more in my team's work. Although I often work overtime, I am often in the idle state, I just took the time to look at some relevant information to consolidate and improve my knowledge. Although I have not wasted much time, I still hope I can invest in the project more quickly, this is because you will have more sense of accomplishment when you do your work only when you have a sense of ownership of the project. Otherwise, you will always feel that you are an outsider ......

However, if you think about it, there is no need to pursue a detailed new starter plan. This slow-paced approach is also a very effective method. For new people, slowness is both a buffer and a test. It takes some time to familiarize yourself with a new environment, the test is how we handle our own "idle" time and work time, which is also a problem that cannot be avoided at work.
