Summary of xmanager, CDE, FTP, and telnet problems in Aix

1. if CDE cannot be started, check whether CDE is installed. If the first drive is not inserted into the system disk, and there is an install software bundle in SIMT, select CDE for installation, I have seen that the IBM website and some documents tell you which filesets are installed, which is very troublesome. This method is very convenient to install.
If CDE is installed but CDE cannot be started, run/etc/rc. DT.

2. If xmanager cannot log on, check the/etc/hosts file and set the IP address and host name correctly. restart the system after modification!

3. if packet loss occurs on the ping server, telnet is very slow (packet loss can also be telnet, but it takes a long time). Check your IP address and route. After the correct settings, Ping will not cause packet loss, but Telnet will be slow, then check/etc/resolv. conf. Delete it if it exists.

4. If FTP is not available, clear or delete/etc/ftpusers. Isn't it? How can I deal with RM/etc/resolv. conf? Then I can't.
