After a piece of work, I decided to play with the super-frequency. I took a layer-2 bf531 board and tried to overtake it. from 400 to 600 m, the chip was running stably, I hit it with an infrared, and kept the temperature below 36 degrees. Well, I think of the famous saying of our hardware buddy who used the Beidou system. The high level of layout is to deploy the Six-layer layout on two layers and ensure stability!

Not far away, seg is still in the dark, but the new day has started. It's easy to get busy all night long. I decided to play with the super-frequency bf531. After playing for me for one night, I had to make it faster, or I had to be unbalanced.
At the beginning, I was not very brave. When I got to 425, I was afraid that I could not run. As a result, everything was okay. Then I went on and set it to MB. I didn't respond. I am unwilling to think about it again. My God, poor SD, even ran on M. Of course, it was too much to eat. Dropped sclk, haha, and I got it. My bf531 ran on M. This is the end of the day. After the job is finished, you can get started with zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz... zzzzzzzzzzzzz... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Hey hey, it's still quite fun for me 533, 594 mcclk, 118.8msclk...
-------------------------------------------------------
Well, use 533 to 531. No such comparison method is available!
What is the fundamental frequency of 533? What about 531? Haha .....
-------------------------------------------------------
M is basically normal. Haha
-------------------------------------------------------
533 can also exceed
To make full use of the SDRAM bandwidth, it is best to run sclk to 133 m, so:
133x4 = 532 <600, or
133x5 = 665> 600
You can try it.
But 533 is out of the 532m version.

My 531 Development Board is better
The clock speed is 530 MHz, and the external frequency is 132 MHz. It has been running for 45 consecutive days, with 100% load.

I have been using 531 for 533.
Try again if you don't believe it. In the past, I ran the 600 mcclk and 150msclk dual-board. However, some films cannot exceed the nominal frequency. I have also encountered this problem. Most films can run at 594 MB.
