If you want to add more rows (hundreds of rows), this is a hassle, and you can do this by adding secondary columns and using Excel's positioning capabilities, as follows:

6. Select all reference cells in the copied column, perform edit → position, open the Locate dialog box, click the "Go to" button, and select constants in the "Locate Condition" dialog box. Click the OK button, the "1" cell in the original selection will all be selected, right-click on the selected cell, select Insert command, select Entire row in the dialog box, click OK, and add a blank line on each selected cell row.

Finally, delete the secondary column and the task completes.
