Surprise! MS Office Groove can achieve the search function!

Why is there such a good offline lightweight collaboration tool, but cannot it have such a simple search function?
Today, by accident, we found that the search in Groove can still be implemented !! Suddenly excited.
This is the case. Today, I need to share some documents with my colleagues in the market and modify them with me. However, his computer level is limited, I just want to create a simple Work Spaces to share files only, without opening those whiteboards, discussions, meetings, and other functions, so I created a simple File Sharing style Work Spaces -- this is the first time I used the File Sharing style. As a result, we usually add visitors and shared files ......
When I opened the Work Spaces I just created on the panel, I found that this File Sharing style Work Spaces uses a very similar interface as the resource manager, that is to say, there is a Groove Folder Synchronization toolbar on the left. here we can see a simpler list of functions than the Standard style, such as the contact and Chat functions added to the Work Spaces, and operations on files, I am most excited-because it is added to the Groove toolbar next to the resource manager, so the functions of the Resource Manager are also in !! This means that I can use the resource manager to search for files !!
This is so exciting! I tried it right away. It is very easy to use! Of course, I also thought that this is the use of the search function in my Vista, no matter what, after all, the Groove cannot search the problem at least can be solved through this method !!
In addition, with the automatic file preview function of resource manager in Vista, It is very convenient for me and my colleagues to discuss and modify the document !!
For example, if you do not need to open a file, you can discuss the modification scheme with your colleagues in the resource manager! It's so convenient. I don't know if Groove is used in combination with Vista's search function. At least this can meet the needs of applications in many scenarios.
