They also want to create a business at only 23.47%. People under the age of 30 are most concerned about salary and benefits, followed by the development prospects and types of work. People over 30 years old regard the development prospects as the most important factor, and pay and Welfare will be back to the second place. In addition, people around the age of 30 are more concerned about the type of work. By the age of 35 or older, the type of enterprise is more important.
