SVN appears prompt org.apache.subversion.javahl.ClientException:Attempted to lock a already-locked dir solution

The first method:

Through the SVN plug-in to clean up, first selected items, right, select team-"Refresh/cleanup can be." And then update the file without prompting the org.apache.subversion.javahl.ClientException: Attempted to lock a already-lockeddir. But the SVN plugin has limited functionality and cleanup functionality is not as powerful as local subversion.

The second method:
