SVN Unable to connect to a repository at UR

2. SVN client:tortoisesvn-1.7.6.22632-x64-svn-1.7.4.msi;

1. in Checkout Data Warehouse AAA, the following error occurred:

Error Unable to connect to a repository at URL ' https://172.18.0.254:861/svn/aaa '

Error Access to ' https://172.18.0.254:861/svn/aaa ' forbidden

2. Oddly, access to the Data Warehouse AAA on a Web page is successful;

3. If There is a problem with the SVN server, but checkout other long-existing data warehouses, is also successful.

Solution:

1. Right click on local copy,TortoiseSVN, Settings, Saved Data,
