7, the prompt inserts the HBA disk, will the server Special equipment drive (for example RAID, SCSI, network card and so on, must be unixware the HBA format floppy disk) Inserts a disk, chooses install HBA diskette, presses the F10 to load the drive, Repeat this step until all additional drives are loaded, select proceed with INSTALLATION,F10 to continue

8, DCU settings, select Do not enter the DCU (auto-configure drivers), F10 continue

9, System Node name, after name: Enter the host name of the server (must begin with the letter, length 3-63 characters), F10 continue

10. Select Install from CD-ROM,F10 to continue (if only Install from TCP network server, Install from SPX network server are present at this point, the installer does not recognize CDROM, Check that the CDROM driver for step 7 mount is correct and select Cancel installation and shut down, repeat the steps after reboot, and load the correct CDROM drive at step 7

11, Disk Configuration, at the action F2 Select Use whole disk for UNIX, specify all hard disk space for UNIXWARE,F10 continue

12, File system configuration, select Customize filesystem and slices, the following table to modify the size of the swap slice:

16, TCP/IP configuration, input server IP address, the rest can be empty, F10 continue

17, IPX configuration, press F8 Skip

18, NIS configuration, press F8 Skip

19, enter the current date and time, on the timezone press F2 Select Asia/australasia, in the subsequent screen with PGDN to the second page, select CHINA,F10 continue

20, Security level configuration, select Traditional,f10 continue

21, System owner configuration, System owner name Input root,system owner login name Input root, enter system owner password, enter system owner again PASSWORD,F10 continue

22, determine the root password, enter and confirm the root password, F10 continue

23, regarding the license protocol prompt, chooses ACCEPT,F10 to continue
