First, technical requirements
The 1-second table is divided into one and tertiary according to the accuracy level, and its accuracy index

5 Standard equipment
Any of the following standard equipment may be used for verification purposes (but no mechanical stopwatch is allowed for the calibration of mechanical stopwatch).
5.1 Second meter calibration device. The basic error does not exceed ±10ms.
5.2 Standard precision clocks. The daily difference does not exceed ±4s.
5.3 Quartz clock. The second hand beats at 1/2s or 1s, and can hear a clear seconds beat, and the accuracy of the crystal oscillator is better than 2x10-5.
