Core tip: Many times we will find their system problems more and more, if the use, the system will not be very efficient operation, and even can not run properly, if you choose to reinstall the system, it will not only trouble to say, but also a long wait time. In fact, when the Windows system encountered a failure to start or run an error, we do not ... Most of the time we will find our system problems more and more, if the use, the system will not be very efficient operation, and even can not run properly, if you choose to reinstall the system, it will not only trouble to say, but also a long wait time. In fact, when Windows systems fail to start or run out of error, we might as well use the following six measures to quickly and effectively "first aid" the damaged Windows system, perhaps can reap the miraculous!
1. Last Configuration
Windows2000 above version of the operating system, each successful boot will be automatically back up the system registry, once we find that the Windows system does not start properly, it is probably the last time we did wrong operation of the system or some software has been wrong installation, This will damage the system registry settings. At this point, we can try to restart the computer system using the configuration of the last successful boot: As long as the system is restarted, press the F8 function key in time, bring up the system boot menu, and then check the "Last Known Good Configuration" item so that the Windows system might start functioning again.
2. Repair system files
If some core files of the Windows system are accidentally damaged, it is difficult to ensure that the Windows system will start up properly even with the last configuration. If the Windows system is only a small number of system files are damaged, then we may wish to use the Windows system built-in SFC scan Repair command to try to repair the system files that have been compromised, once the repair is successful, the Windows system startup will return to normal state. When repairing a damaged system file, simply click the start/Run command, and in the System Run dialog box that pops up, enter the string command "Sfc/scannow", and when you click Enter, the command program will scan the system files at every corner of the system, Once the system file is found to be incorrect version or the system file is damaged, it can automatically pop up the prompt interface, asked us to insert the Windows System installation CD, in order to extract the normal system files to replace the abnormal system files, so as to achieve the purpose of repairing the system files. If the system repair operation succeeds, believe that we restart the computer system, we will not see what is abnormal phenomenon.
3. Log off the current user
If the damaged parts of the Windows system are due to improper software installation, or if the software is improperly set up, then we can usually "log off the current user" method to the damaged Windows system for first aid, Because the software's influence on the system settings is often limited to the currently logged on user, once the system does not function properly in the current user state, we can completely log off the current user and re-login to the system with other users, so that Windows can generally resume normal operation.
Before unregistering the current user, swapping with other users to log on to the system, we need to open the Control Panel window of the system, then double-click the "User account" item in it, then the "Add" button in the subsequent interface to recreate a new login account and set an appropriate access password for the account. and set the corresponding account as Super Administrator.
Because after swapping with other accounts to log on to the Windows system, some important data saved in the current user directory may not be accessible, so before we log off the user, it is necessary for us to open the System Explorer window to find the current account of the corresponding user directory, for example, if the current login system account is AAAA , the default account directory for the system should be "c:windowsdocuments and settingsaaaa", and all of the important data under the directory should be backed up to a partition directory other than the system partition.
After doing the above preparations, we can now execute the "start"/"Logoff AAAA" command in turn, to log off the current login account, and then re-login to the Windows system with the newly created account, and after successfully logging into the Windows system with the new account, We then restore the important data backed up in front of the current account to the new user directory, so that the damaged Windows system can restore the previous normal state of operation.
4. Re-registering DLL files
Windows systems are sometimes frequently compromised, mainly because many applications often share calls to some DLL files, and once applications are automatically uninstalled after they are used, the DLL files that these applications call are often deleted as well. This will naturally occur when the Windows system or other applications on the system call the shared DLL files again.
In first aid, when Windows systems are malfunctioning due to system DLL file loss, we do not need to reinstall the operating system at all, only need to re-register those files that have been lost, so that the system can be restored to normal state of operation. Considering that we do not know which DLL files are damaged or lost, we might as well use the following method to re-register all the system DLL files, and do not need to separate one or several DLL files to register:
First open a file editing program like Notepad, and then enter the following command line code in the corresponding program interface:
@echooff
for%1in (%windir%system32*.dll) doregsvr32.exe/s%1
Save the above command line code as a batch file with the extension bat, for example here the author assumes that the code content is saved in order to Repair.bat file; Repair.bat file to create a shortcut icon, and drag the shortcut icon directly onto the system's desktop, and later need to re-register all the DLL files in the system, we only need to double-click the shortcut icon of the Repair.bat file, the system will automatically start to perform re-registration of all DLL files. Once all DLL files have been re-registered, we might as well try to run the Windows system at this time, I believe the system will certainly be very normal!
5. Restore the original file
If the Windows system is not functioning properly because the system registry is accidentally damaged, then we can use the regular copy command to copy the system's original registry information directly to the corresponding directory of the system, which can quickly achieve the purpose of recovering the damaged system files. Since the Windows system was successfully installed for the first time, the original registry information was saved to the repair subdirectory under the system installation directory, so we simply copied the registry information from the repair subdirectory directly into the system's configuration directory:
If the local computer has only one operating system installed, then we may wish to use the Windows 98 boot CD to boot the system to the DOS command line state, if the local computer installed more than two operating systems, then only need to switch the system to another normal operation of the system can be; Next, in the DOS command line state, the current directory is switched to the "%windir%repair" subdirectory state by the CD command, and the following String command is executed sequentially:
Copysam%windir%system32config
Copysystem%windir%system32config
Copysoftware%windir%system32config
Copydefault%windir%system32config
Copysecurity%windir%system32config
Once the above string command is executed, the system pops up to ask whether or not to overwrite the previous file, we will answer the question directly. When the system's registry information is replaced by all the original registry files, we re-start the system again, I believe the system will certainly be able to run normally.
6. System Restore function
If the windowsxp system is installed on our computer, it can be used to restore the operating state of the Windows system to normal, in addition to the first aid of the damaged system by the method above, and the System Restore function peculiar to the windowsxp system. Here is how the method is implemented:
Click Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore command, and then in the System Restore Settings Wizard interface that pops up, select the Recover My computer to an earlier time item, and then click the Next button, and then in the list of System Restore points window that pops up, We generally choose a restore point closer to the current time to restore the system, once the target restore point is selected, continue to click the "Next" button, the Windows system can be automatically restored to the previous normal working state. It is worth mentioning that before using this feature, we must be in a healthy state of the Windows system, the timely creation of a suitable system restore point, in order to restore the system in the future use!
