Talk about the difference between some big companies and small and medium-sized newly established companies

I am 2015 graduates, Java development, before 2014.12-2015-4 in a relatively large IT company (about five thousand or six thousand people) internship for four months, and then went to another one just set up a year or so of small and medium (200 people) Internet companies, so far internship for two months. Large companies: Four months I basically learn Java code, just have a task, logic is more complex, a class slowly wrote more than 2000 lines of code, four months so the past, summed up the basic did not learn how many things, may be the Eclipse debugging program more skilled. The whole department to do a project, the project is too big, the code on a few g, mainly the company's framework, manually manage the jar package (I need to add a jar package, need to review before the import). When the test runs, the server that restarts the local environment takes at least 15 minutes and restarts 10 times a day, which is time consuming. Back to the technology, the company's framework, there is no documentation, there is no way to go down, so basically did not learn what technology. It is even more tiring to understand the structure of the whole project. In fact, I am also more active, helpless daily work is so.

Small and medium-sized new companies: using basically some of the mainstream of open source technology, first learning the various frameworks, and then actually used in real work, so improve quickly. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to follow the team leader in the development of the new project. You can see how a project in the company is built from 0 to one step bigger, what technology this project uses, the role of some configuration files, the entire project structure is very clear, these are what I hope to reap. So the harvest is still very large, the internship for two months, feeling more than in the previous internship 4 months of harvest is still big. We look forward to better learning opportunities.
