PV PV (Page view) is the amount of pages viewed or clicked, which is a measure of the user's access to a website or Web page. Specifically, the PV value is how many pages or pages of a site are viewed by all visitors within 24 hours (0 to 24 o'clock). PV refers to the number of page refreshes, each time the page refreshes, even if the PV traffic. The measure is to send a request to the Web server from the browser, and after the network server receives the request, a webpage (page) corresponding to the request is sent to the browser, resulting in a PV. So as long as this is the request sent to the browser, whether the page is completely open (download completed), then it should be counted as 1 PV. PV can be used to measure the number of Web pages visited by site users. For advertisers, PV values can expect how much advertising revenue it can bring. In general, PV is proportional to the number of visitors, but PV does not directly determine the actual number of visitors to the page, as a visitor can create very high PV by constantly refreshing the page. IP IP can be understood as independent IP access users, referring to the number of users who use different IP addresses within 1 days to access the site, the same IP regardless of access to several pages, the number of independent IP is 1. But if two machines are accessed using the same IP, then only one IP access can be considered. UV UV (Unique visitor) is the number of independent visitors, which refers to the number of people who visit a site or click a different IP address on a webpage. On the same day, UV only records visitors with independent IPs who have entered the site for the first time, and will not count when they visit the site again within the same day. UV provides a statistical indicator of the number of viewers in a given period of time, and does not reflect the overall activity of the site. There are two ways to determine the UV value by IP and cookie: when a client accesses a Web server for the first time, the Web server sends a cookie to the client's computer, usually on the client computer's C drive. A unique number is assigned to this cookie, which records information about the access server, such as the time of the visit, which pages were visited, and so on. The next time you visit this server, the server will be able to find the last cookie file you put in and update it directly from your computer, but that unique number will not change. the data between IP and UV is not much different, usually a little more UV and a bit higher than the IP amount, each UV relative to each IP more accurately corresponds to an actual browser. ①uv greater than IP This is the case in the Internet cafes, schools, companies, and other common IP sites in different users, or a variety of different browsers to access your site, then the number of UV will be greater than the number of IP. ②uv less than IP in the home most computers use ADSL dial-up Internet, so the same user at home at different times to visit your site, the IP may be different, because it will change the IP according to time, that is, the dynamic IP address, but the actual number of visitors unique, will appear less than the number of UV IP.
