TBF (Trajectory Based Forwarding) routing protocol

TBF routing protocol is a routing protocol based on source station and location, and the GPSR routing protocol needs the GPS positioning system or other methods to help determine the location of the node, and can use the method described in the GPSR routing protocol to bypass the "routing hole". Unlike the GPSR, the data transfer of the TBF protocol is not along the shortest path but by specifying a continuous delivery path, the routing information of the packet header is basically fixed, the topology changes and the scale of the network does not affect its overhead, which makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional source-station routing protocol. The network node calculates the nearest neighbor as the next hop node of the data according to the track parameter and the address of the neighbor node in the greedy algorithm. The TBF routing protocol realizes multipath propagation and broadcasting by assigning different parameters to the track, and the source station routing avoids the middle node storing a lot of routing information. However, as the network size becomes larger, the path becomes longer and the computational overhead is large.
