The GA report, in addition to the default tabular display of data, also supports pie charts, horizontal percent graphs, PivotChart reports, and so on, where the horizontal percentage chart is the easiest way to visualize traffic, like this:
So what do we do when we want to do something similar in Excel? Especially if the data source is not from GA.
Initial form:
The effect of doing well:
First select a good percentage of this column, and then insert the-> bar chart-> horizontal bar chart
Select the new chart:
Select Delete: horizontal, vertical axes, legends, and other unwanted elements, like this:
Then the vertical table line in the mouse point, and then delete, just like this:
At this point the effect is close, we need to add text percentages, select the chart, layout-> data labels-> data labels:
Then the data label comes out:
There are also border lines, not too good-looking, select the chart, right-click menu, select: Set chart area format:
Fill-> No padding
Border Color-> Wireless Bar
Then drag and drop the chart to the area you want to display, resize it, and center it right in the table.
The default horizontal bar chart is sorted from small to large, and if you want to sort backwards, select the chart:
Select Layout-> axis-> Primary Vertical axis-> other major vertical axis options-> selected: Reverse category check box.
The total operation is this, and you can get a level percentage graph that is the same as the effect in Ga.
If all this makes you feel too complicated, you can:
Start-> Conditional formatting-> data bar, select a style, the effect is as follows:
Of course, such an effect is not as beautiful as GA, if the time is more hurried, or recommend this method.
