Step 1th, select the first slide, click the Insert tab, click the Sound button, and select Sound in file.
Step 2nd, the Insert Sound dialog box pops up. Enter the section and folder where the sound files are located in the search for range, and then select the background music you want, and click OK.
Step 3rd, pop Up the query dialog box and ask when to start playing background music. This sets the background music to play when you start the slide show, and then click the Auto button, and a horn symbol appears on the first slide.
With the previous action, the inserted background music is only played on the corresponding slide day. Set it to play until the end of the slide show, and go to the following settings.
Step 4th, select the horn symbol, click the Options tab, and click Slide Show volume to set the size of the background music sound. Check the hide during Show checkbox to hide the horn icon when you show the slide. Tick the "Loop until stop" checkbox to keep the background music playing until the slide shows. Select "Play across Slides" in "play sound" so that the background music does not stop because of a toggle slide.
Tip: PowerPoint also supports inserting a video into a presentation, clicking the Insert tab, clicking the movie button, and finding the movie you want to insert in the pop-up dialog box.
