1, a new Word document, named "Baidu Experience @ Small wood." Open the completed page as shown, click "View", then click "Macro"-> "Record Macro". Today I use "word" to do an example, and if necessary, I'll also send a tutorial on using macros in other Office software.
2, now, in the "Macro name" input box to enter the name you think of. In the Save macro in (S) drop-down list, select current document name, which means that the macro command is valid only in the current document. Then, click on "Keyboard", that is, to define shortcut keys to macro commands to improve editing efficiency.
3, put the cursor in the "Press new shortcut key" input box, press the shortcut you want to set. When you save changes in, click the Drop-down list to select current document name. Then click "Specify" and click "Close" at the end.
4, at this point, the mouse will appear under the "Tape" shape. Now, let's record (define) a simple operation as an example. Click "Insert"-> "table" and select a table style with two rows of three columns. As shown in Figure 2, a table can be created on the interface. Now, if you want to continue recording, you can continue to click on a series of actions.
5, we click "View"-> "macro"-> "Stop recording." Now we're done with a macro command. Now, we press the shortcut "Ctrl + Shift + B" to implement a table that inserts two rows of three columns (Figure 2)! Of course, you can also define a little more action, such as inserting a table, typing a specific text, wrapping a line, and so on. Record these operations one at a time, and you can do it once by pressing the shortcut key.
6. When saving, the document will pop up a window. If you have already edited the document, or need to send someone else, you do not need to save the "macro" command, click "Yes", save in the traditional format. For security reasons, macros-enabled documents need to be saved in a different format. Click "No" in this window, enter the Save As interface, select "Enable Macros Word document" in the Save Type Drop-down list, and click Save. When you open this document later, you can continue to use the Macros command.
