The allocation is as follows: 1 programmers

2 Auxiliary, one to do the demand analysis, one person to do the program test,

1-person professional documentation and coordination of team project progress.

　

For our specific arrangement: Our project starts after 51 and must be completed within three weeks (that is, 20 days), but the actual time to participate in the project is different, so the following is only the time that we can participate in the statistics, The cumulative time is about 12 days of oil (after the discussion finished their own part of the day, no discussion throughout the day is not counted participation)

The requirement analysis of the project was done by Ba Jianguo, and all members were consulted and commented. Preparation takes 2 days, because before everyone has relevant experience, but also in the previous team task did the user needs research, now use two Tian-zu.

The interface is designed by Tengxiao and is expected to be completed in three days.

The Sari is responsible for the program analysis and is expected to be completed in 1 days;

Program design by Wang Hao and Canta responsible, expected to complete 1 days;

Programming Tengxiao and Ba Jianguo responsible, expected 10 days to complete;

The Sari is responsible for the program testing and is expected to take 1 days;

Process improvement by collective responsibility, estimated time 2 days;

The final summary report is held by Wang Hao and Canta and is expected to be completed in one day.

Given the fact that some of the tasks can be done at the same time in the actual process, there is a slight easing in the allocation.
