1. Text hyperlink settings Use the hyperlink settings of the text to create a nice directory. When you set up hyperlinks, it is recommended that you do not set the action of the font, but to set the border of the word. ⑷ Use the Crop tool on the picture to keep about 1/5 of the picture below and move the remaining pictures out of the slide to facilitate subsequent operations.
⑸ Click the Edit menu, select Paste, and the following operation with 4th, keep about 3/5 of the upper picture.

7. Modify templates When you make a set of slides in PowerPoint, the background of this group of slides is usually determined by the pattern of the same template. If we change the template for one slide, the template for that set of slides changes. Sometimes we need to use several different templates in the demo to get a good demo, so there are two ways to fix this:
⑴ uses the background transformation to save the required template as a graphic file using the "drawing" in Windows95 or other graphic editing software. Then go into PowerPoint, select "Background" in the toolbar "format", use "fill effect" to select the corresponding graphic file in "Picture", Return to "background", select "Ignore Master background graphics", and finally Press "apply". Then use the hyperlinks in the PowerPoint toolbar insert to link files to each file.
