Bandwidth control for tengda vro settings

Example 1: Set the download speed of a computer with an IP address of 192.168.0.100 to 80-90kb and the upload speed to 10-15KB.
First, add an upload rule, as shown in:
1. Enter the IP address 192.168.0.100 in the IP address column.
2. Select Upload as the speed limit direction.
3. Set the bandwidth range to 10 ~ 15
4. Check "enable"
5. Click "add to list"
6. Click "OK" to complete the setting of the upload rule.
