Textjoin for new functions in Excel 2016
In the January 2016 feature update, Excel 2016 added several important common functions, including ifs, switch, maxifs, minifs, Concat, and textjoin.
Note: To use the above functions, the Office version is very important, not all office 2016 can be used. Suggestions

The textjoin function combines the text of multiple areas and/or strings, and includes the delimiter you specify between the text values to be combined. If the Delimiter is an empty text string, this function will effectively connect these areas.

Compared with the previous & and concatenate functions, textjoin functions are more powerful and convenient.
Textjoin (separator, whether to ignore blank cells, text 1 to be joined, [Text 2 to be joined],…)
Parameter description:
Separator: (required) one or more characters of the text string, null, double quotation marks, or references to the valid text string. If a number is provided, it is considered as text.
Ignore blank cells: (required) if true, empty cells are ignored.
Text to be joined 1: (required) text items to be joined. Text string or string array, such as in the cell area.
[Text 2,...]: (optional) other text items to be joined. A text item can contain a maximum of 252 text parameters, text1. Each parameter can be a text string or string array, such as a cell area.
Note: If the result string exceeds 32767 characters (cell limit), textjoin returns # value! Error
