The administration Console (Administrator console)

When your app is ready for the first appearance, you'll create an Admin user and install the app on app engine. You use your administrator account to create and manage this app, view its resource utilization statistics, message logs, and more. All of this is based on a network interface called the Administrator console.

You use your Google account to sign in to the Administrator console. If you have one, you can use your current Google account. Perhaps you would also like to create a Google account for your app that will be used as the sender of the message. Once you have created an app using the Administrator console, you can create an additional account as an administrator. Any administrator can access this console and upload the latest version of the app.

The console gives you access to real-time performance data used by your app, as well as log data generated by your app. You can also use the network interface to query the datastore of the running app and check the status of the Datastore index. (The index of the newly created large data volume takes some time to be built)

When you upload a new code for your app, the uploaded version is assigned a version number, which we specify in the app's configuration file. The version of the app used to run is the one that the main version is selected as the default. <the version used for the live application are whichever major version is selected as the "default" > you can use Administrator console control Which is the default version. You can access a non-default version using a special URL that contains a version number. This allows you to test on app engine before a new version is released as a full version.

You use this console to open a billing account for creating and managing your app. When you're ready to spend more than your free resources on your app, you'll need to create a billing account with your bank card and Google account. The owner of the billing account sets a budget and the maximum amount per day. Your app can always use resources until your budget is exhausted. And you just pay for the part of the app that's actually used over the free amount.
