Once encountered need to Word2007 in the orderly list of people to import into the Excel2007, requirements are distributed to multiple cells in the same column, easy to operate. Content rearrangement options
However, by default, the Excel2007 content rearrangement function is turned off and needs to be manually turned on. To do this: "Office Button"-"Excel Options"-"Custom", select "All Commands" in "SELECT commands from the following location", drag in the following list of commands to find "content rearrangement" click "Add", and click OK to exit. Then we see the "Content rearrangement" button on the Quick toolbar.
The following specific procedure: First select all the people in the Word2007 list, copy, paste (in plain text) to a cell B5 cell in Excel2007, first let them in the same cell. Next, resize the column to just drop the width of a person's name (very important, otherwise it will cause the name to be truncated), select several cells from the B5 cell (you can select a lot), and then choose to perform the content rearrangement command on the Quick toolbar. The contents of the B5 cell are evenly distributed in the cells below B5, so that the contents of one cell are quickly distributed to multiple cells.
