I have been working as a project manager for six years. During so many years of project management, communication is the most difficult and headache for me, A project usually starts to communicate with customers from the early stage until the end of the project, even after the end of the project, you will find that the delivery results of the entire project are very different from the customer's needs in the early stage, and there is a great waste of human and material resources, especially time, you will find that in the entire project process, the most time is in the communication aspect. We know that in order to achieve effective communication, in addition to the good communication skills of the Parties, the correct choice of communication methods is also very important. The success of the vast majority of projects, whether operated by a dedicated project team or a cross-Department team, depends on crucial communication skills and skills. Therefore, I chose the project communication management topic, because I think communication is one of the most important links in the entire project. If communication is poor in the project, the requirements of the entire project are not clear, so that the solutions we make later may deviate from the customer's requirements, so that the final results cannot meet the customer's requirements, resulting in project failure.
