Assembly language is a machine-oriented low-level language, which is a symbolic representation of machine language. Therefore, it is higher than the C language and other high-level language, high-speed, efficient features. At the same time, it is also non-portable.

Directives and data are only concepts in application. In memory and on disk, they are not any different, they are binary information.

Understanding the process of reading and writing data is similar. The CPU sends the message, and then the memory executes the read or write instruction.

When the CPU is manipulating the memory, it treats them as memory, as a logical memory composed of several storage units, which is what we call the memory address space.
